Approve Fabricator Job Changes

After you have submitted a job on the portal for your chosen fabricator to process and order, they may notice an item that needs to be changed or modified.  This change could be a change in sq. footage, edge detail, material color, splash, or just about any thing else.

Once the fabricator makes a change to a job it is kicked back to the dealer to approve the changes made.

This tutorial will demonstrate how to approve those changes.

First you will need to log into your account on LG’s Partner Portal.

1) Click on “Orders” in the top menu

2) You will find jobs that have been edited by your fabricator in the Changed Orders section.  Once you have opened the Changed Orders file you will see the jobs available for review on the right.  Click on the job number to open the job and review the changes that were made.

3) Here you can review the changes that were made.  In this example the fabricator added cove backsplash to the original order.  If you approve of the change click “Accept Changes”  if you do not you can always cancel and reorder or just cancel the entire job.

4) Click on “OK” if you accept the changes. This will send the job back to the fabricator for approval.

5) Once a job has been approved it will be moved back to the New Orders section for your fabricator to process.
