Register on the Partners Portal

LG Hausys has a new way of ordering material using their partners portal.  I will try and summarize the process here;

1) Go the LG Partners Portal by clicking HERE

Once you are at the portal you will see the following screen. Click on “Register”

2) Fill out all your company info and click on “Continue Registration”

You can select a couple options, most of you will fall into 1 of 3:

a) Dealer – Sell Retail only – no fabrication – dealer listing on LG’s site
b) Fabricator – Fabricate only, no retail sales (B2B sales only) – no dealer listing on LG’s site
c) Dealer Fabricator – fabricate (B2B sales) and retail sales – dealer listing on LG’s site

3) Make sure your company is not already listed on the portal.  Most likely it is not.

4) You will then be taken to a screen where you can “Submit Account for Approval”

5) Click on “OK” to indicate you understand what you are doing.

6) You may be prompted to add a product line before you can submit your account.  If this is the case click on “Settings & Options” to do so.

7) Select the product lines you will be selling.  Now you can click “Submit Account for Approval”

Once submitted you will see this screen showing your account is “Pending Approval”

9) You will also receive an email notifying you that your account submission was successful.

Once you account is approved by your Customer Service Representative or your Territory Manager you will be able to begin using the LG Partners order to submit and track orders.
